Really comfortable, friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Made our holiday in Prague perfect

There was nothing to dislike

Brilliant location. Good interiors. Big room (family suite).

A very simple day-by-day continental breakfast. Noise from street because of location (drunky screamers all over the night). Very thin walls (wooden). All is hearable from neighbours (especially from toiletes)

Location is perfect, staff very friendly and helpful, hotel beautiful and quiet

Better to have mobile phone of receptionist, could happend she is not on the reception

Excellent hotel, quaint and a little quirky(only 8 rooms). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Locatiion was exactly asdescribed It is on the main walking pathh between the Old Square and Charles Bridge, there is a loot of foot traffic upto about 7.00pm after that it was very quiet. We were there midweek so there was very little noise from late night revellers. If we go back to Prague this hotel would be top of the list.

Staff was most friendly and helpful. We've been given tips about some amazing places you wouldn't find on a tourist's map. We booked a superior double and the room was BEAUtiful! Location just can't be better - 1 min walk from the Charles bridge!

1. housekeeping is not honest. I left a brand new coat at the hotel and I called the hotel next day and asked them to check if they have it. They never get back to me. So, I sent an email, they said they searched the room several times, they did not see the coat. How could it be? It's such a small hotel. Housekeeping must see it then keep it. 2. hotel is too old

The breakfast in the morning was excellent. The location was fantastic.

The decor and the furniture looked a little tired and worn out and shabby. The hotel was very expensive for what was provided and not luxurious like the photos had led up to believe. We took a family room, but there was no room really for two children -- this is hotel just for couples -- as the sofa bed was large and took up the whole lounge area, and the main bed had no privacy at all.... Essentially we had a family room that was really a studio.

The noise during the night, the view over the old town that doesn't exist , to find the hotel and reach it with the car is impossible, small dark rooms.

The location is amazing right in the middle of the old town square and Charles Bridge. The rooms are nice and large. Good breakfast.

We were there in summer so it was hot. Room did have air con but it hardly worked and room was very hot at night and if you opened the window it was too noisy. We asked one of the front desk ladies for a recommendation on a bar and she didnt know of any and recommended a coffee shop which we found a little strange. Other than that its a good budget option,

Zentraler geht nicht mehr! Sehenswürdigkeiten und öffentlich Verkehrsmittel sind "vor der Tür" zu finden. Das Hotelpersonal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und gibt auch (Restaurant-)Tipps außerhalb des Touristentrubels.

Die Altstadt platzt aus allen Nähten; ruhige Nächte hat man daher hier nicht (dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts); das Parkhaus ist mit schweren Koffer doch etwas weit(er) entfernt.

Der Empfang und die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Alle kleineren Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen! Entgegen anderer Meinungen zu diesem Hotel ist das Frühstück gut. Es gibt nicht die Auswahl, die man von "großen Hotelketten" her kennt, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man so zum Frühstück vermeintlich braucht.

Das vom Hotel empfohlene Parkhaus ist etwas teuer (ca. 25,- Euro pro Tag) und es werden keine Kreditkarten akzeptiert, obwohl es dort VISA und Mastercard-Symbole gibt. Eine Bezahlung ist nur bar und in Kronen möglich. Der vom dortigen Mitarbeiter angebotene Umtauschkurs von Euro in Kronen ist fern von offiziellen Kursen. Also vorher den zu erwartenden Parkpreis in Kronen bereithalten.

Sehr schön gestaltet, die Lage ist top

Ideal für Reisende ohne PKW, da sich das Hotel im Bezirk 01 befindet & alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar sind, sowie an jeder Ecke eine Metro Station lauert. Das Hotelfrühstück entspricht dem Standard, auch extra Wünsche (vegane Ernährung) werden umgehend erfüllt, großes Lob an das Personal. Es ist sauber und gemütlich und da dieses im 16. Jahrhundert erbaute Gebäude seinen Flair versprüht, wird man schon beim Eintreten in die Zimmer in den Bann gezogen, durch die schönen Holzdecken mit den herrlichen Malerein. Auch der Frühstücksraum ist einen zweiten Blick wert.

Aufgrund der ausgezeichneten Lage dieses Hotels (zwischen der Karlsbrücke und dem Wenzelplatz), ist es leider auch nachts sehr laut. Ohrenstöpsel einpacken!
